For comparison:

7:54 on my first try

Pullups: 8-5-4-3-2-2-2
Pushups: 20-11-10-5-5-3-2
Squats: 51

I think it was 5 minutes before I finished the pullups, and exactly 7 minutes when I finished the pushups.

My last workout way back on Monday night gave me wicked DOMS in my legs, not sure why but I was still feeling it up until last night.

So, needless to say, I left the legs out of last nights workout...

for time
1 deadhang pullup, 2 decline pushups (feet on a chair)
2 deadhang pullups, 4 decline pushups
...
9 deadhang pullups, 18 decline pushups
10 deadhang pullups, 20 decline pushups

total of 55 pullups and 110 pushups

19:57!!

Should have been a lot faster but I started to get an exertion headache about a third of the way through! I'm a wreck!!

Not too much to report for last week. Made a couple of attempts at workouts but was getting some pretty nasty headaches so had to cut them short.

pullups were mostly singles, squats just sucked

Pretty much took all of last week off. Winter decided to give us one last kick in the nuts so lots of snow shoveling and generally being cold and miserable.
