Thanks Ruli!

Yesterday:

L5D1 - 24 rounds (PR 25 rounds, same as last week)

Followed by BBQ steak and then a couple of hours of swearing at my wireless router... time to go shopping for a new one.

Belkin, Cisco, or Linksys are great routers.

And keep up the progress. Your goal is so close!

I ended up with a D-Link. The particular model I got had mostly favorable reviews. So far so good.

Took a bit of a rest week and then tweaked the shit out of my hamstring doing landscaping work this past weekend. Monday I did L5D2 sans squats and will probably do that again tonight... I'm hoping I'll be back at it on Friday.

Hey Darrel, excellent job !

I've confronted L5 in the past, and it's very mean indeed....

Thanks Norman. Yeah, Level 5 sucks!!

L5D1 - 22 rounds

same as last week, PR is 25 rounds.

Sleep and diet have been less than optimal the past few weeks so I'm gonna have to work on that.

03/08/09:

L5D3 - no idea

Lost count in the middle of the pushups. :? Oh well, I certainly wasn't headed for a PR.
