Thanks guys! Thats the first D1 I've tackled in a few weeks so I was pretty pleased with the results.
I've decided to slip an extra workout into the week, simply because I have the time these days. I think I'm gonna alternate between tabatas and cardio (and probably some of the alternate workouts). I'll give it a few weeks to see how it feels, if its too much I'll cut it back down to 3 days/week.
Last night was tabatas...
Pushups - 61
Squats - 90
Situps - 57 (I think. I kind of forgot how to count by that point.)
I was gonna do tabatas on the bike but my legs were pretty toasted from the squats. Next time I may try doing the squats first so I have a bit more time to recover. I decided not to include pullups yet, don't want to do any damage.

Tabatas sound pretty cool. I think I'll do some of those on a fourth workout day each week with exercises like dumbell cleans, and dips that we don't do in the regular simplefit workout.

Not sure of the benefits of tabata planks, at least not with strict adherence to the 20/10 protocol.

Yeah, I was gonna do tabata situps but for some reason changed my mind. It was still a good workout but I don't think it really benefited from doing them as tabatas.

L4D3 - 6:26 ...exactly the same as last week which is a bit of a disappointment since the week started out so good. Oh well, rest week next week... I think I might try some GTG with pullups, they are still by far my weak point.

GTG worked wonders for my pullups!
