Rest week cont'd
L2D2 - off the clock, focused on form.
Pullups were 3, 3, 2-1, 2-1, 1-1-1. Pushups and squats were straight thru for every round. I'm pleased with the 2 rounds of 3 consecutive pullups, my previous max was 2 at a time.
Either tonight or Friday night I'll do a proper test of my max in pullups, pushups and squats.
