I had planned on doing some l-hangs and knees to elbows as well but after 62 pullups my grip was not cooperating. :shock:

Definitley feeling a bit wiped today, but in a good way.

I worked my deadhang, pronated pullups a bit last night. I did...

3 minute rounds, for each minute i did 1, 2 & 3 reps, followed by 1 minute of rest, then repeat. I did 3 rounds total, so 18 pullups.

I hope that makes sense. Anyways, I plan on doing that a couple of times a week and I'm hoping it'll get my pullup numbers up fast.

Going shopping for some weights tonight.

Pullups were all strict deadhang.

Pushups were with my feet on a chair.

Squats... started out with 2 20# dumbbells but figured that would be too much for that many reps (at least for now) so switched to goblet squats with just the one db.

Forgot to time it though.

Basically it just has to do with how you hold the dumbbell (vertically, cupping the upper part). It's supposed to help with developing good squat form...

Ok, this is exactly how I do squats when I use weight plates. Never heard the name before though.

Darrel, that's awesome! You should brag that up a little.. after all, that's 360 reps in less then 20 minutes or 18 reps per minute! You're a machine!

Thanks man! I was shooting for 32 though! LOL

I worked my pullups a bit tonight, ladder style... 18 deadhang pullups in 11 minutes. Missed on one of them.

I also did 3 x 10 pushups and squats and 5 rounds of planks, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off.

Not exactly a planned workout (apart from the pullups), just kinda happened.

Pullups were all deadhang, pronated grip. I can't quite reach full extension on the way down though before I touch the floor. I guess I need to get going on that garage gym! :)
Pushups were done with feet on a chair, head to floor.
Squats were done with a 20# dumbbell.
