5:53 as Rx'ed. Last two sets up chin ups broken. All squats subbed with 2 hand 16kg, OH swings.

21 rounds, first 10 as Rx'ed. Need to watch form on squats (left knee is hurting). Felt gassed with 5 minutes left. Did after breaking restricted paleo/IF which I started back up a few days ago. Will try to move workouts to the AM.

Well after a 3 or 4 week hiatus I didn't seem to lose any progress which is good news. We'll see how sore I am tommorrow.
