Hi,
I'm JC, from Mississippi, USA. I am 16 years old, about 5'11", weigh 130 lbs. I run track and cross country for my school, and I have been for about 3 or 4 years. I usually run twice a day. I've run a 4:38 1600 meters and a 17:45 5k. I'm starting this simplefit training because I want to get a stronger upper body, because it really helps you get up those hills in Cross Country, and when your legs get tired, those arms and chest really can keep you going! I have 3 goals for my upcoming cross country season: 1. I want to break 16:30 in my 5k. 2. I want to win the state cross country meet. 3. I want to make sure that I'm always running for God and not myself. My dad told me about this website, so I am very excited about trying this all out!

Level 3 Day 1

-42 rounds. I actually went through and read about pullups today... I cannot completely go full arm extension but I grab it, pull myself up, then lower myself to about 90 degree angle or maybe a little further down then go back up.. Is this ok? I can do about 10 like this in a row, should I start doing all full out or keep doing as is? Or maybe stay on level 3 until I can do them all better form? I'm not sure, I think my push ups and squats are fine tho. Thanks for these programs tho - the workouts are always fun and encouraging and I really enjoy the positive atmosphere of the website!
