Finished first, and last, week of L3:
L3D1 - 25 - I was determined to do well so I put out max effort.
L2D2 - 8:20 - Pushups are getting easier.
L2D3 - 3:55. I did five pullups in a row. Wanted to jump to L4 so I really pushed myself. I feel like I've run suicides. It was a killer 4 minutes.
Based on Kevin's advice, I tried on one of my tight suits. It's a little snug, but I could wear it to work. Unbelievably, I weighed 185# when I bought it (seven years ago) and I now weigh 205#.
This is a tremendous program. In one summer working out for a total of an hour a week, I have taken five years off my life.
