Back from flu induced rest week.
I did Level 4 Day 1, except I thought I needed to do 5 instead of 4 pushs.
Push ups became tough and pecs became fatigued at round 18.
Made it to Round 24 at 16 minutes and stopped.
I did 5 Overhead L hangs for the first time. Geez, not easy. I held for, well I didn't really hold, just raised the legs parallel to floor and back down five times with about 20 sec. rest in between each. Not easy.
Then I lowered rings to see if I could do L's from that position. WOW! I can't support or hold myself on the unstable rings! So I did 5 semi holds, raising one foot off the ground at a time, trying to bear as much weight as possible on the rings. Very tough for me.
Getting to the point where I can do dips on these rings is going to take some time. Wow.
