So I'm hoping to fall into a routine of more strengthening exercises to complement my bicycle training.
I don't remember how I stumbled onto this website, but I tried L4D1 today and it was killer. Actually, as it seems to be for most people, the pull-ups were the cause of the "killer" review.
Regardless, I look forward to an easy ride tomorrow and a rest day for everything I've worked tonight. Then onto D3 and whatever else I can convince myself to do.
