pushups are the sticking point now that I can kip properly
after 14 weeks of crossfit + eating about 50-60% of my meals strict zone, and have greatly reduced high-glycemic carb & processed food intake.
pretty amazing results so far for me, but still a ways to go - my goal is to be able to most or all of the crossfit.com main website workouts as prescribed by the spring.
the most noticeable thing for me is I don't get sore anymore after an intense day of excercise - I've been up backcountry skiing in the mountains twice already and would normally be crushed the next day, this year I'm way faster uphill and feel great the next day.
