You are right, it is hard getting a restart. I missed a week. Finally got going again on Wednesday L4D1 for 25 rounds. Tonight, I took the dog for a run(she runs, I bike), and I did L4D2. I did 13 mins and 55 sec. I took it slowly, and I varied the pullups by changing grips, speeds, and added a few l-hang pullups. For pushups, I did 3 slow, 3 fast, 3 slow, and 3 fast. I did the squats with the best form I could and slowly. I feel good now. I may pay a bit tomorrow, but it's more than worth it.
