I'm new here, and have tried several (rather feebly, I must admit) different workout programs, and I do rather enjoy the structure of this one.
Apart from the fact that the last two days since my L1D1 have been agony...
Anyhoo, I'm doing this program to actually *gain* weight, as I'm very light (105 lbs) and need muscle more than anything. The excercises as such are made... easier... because of the lack of weight to lift, so my results really aren't comparable to most other peoples'.
