I'm new here, and have tried several (rather feebly, I must admit) different workout programs, and I do rather enjoy the structure of this one.
Apart from the fact that the last two days since my L1D1 have been agony...
Anyhoo, I'm doing this program to actually *gain* weight, as I'm very light (105 lbs) and need muscle more than anything. The excercises as such are made... easier... because of the lack of weight to lift, so my results really aren't comparable to most other peoples'.
L1D1: 65 rounds

Ah, so there's the 65-round man!
With those results I'd say skip a few levels ahead, L1 won't give you much. Try for example L3D3 next, to see where you stand.
With regards to gaining weight, I wouldn't know much about it
but I'd think the proper diet would be vital, anyone?

yeah to gain muscle you need to eat allot, cut Aerobic, and try to stay close to the 5x5 range, use really aggressive angles or consider a weighted vest. Lots of rest.

Hmm, only ten minutes after reading this I come across the following article: http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/hardcore.html

Ross is great and he practices what he preaches, I got his never gymless book a while back and it is worth the money.
He makes some great points
-Eat Big To Get Big
-Limit Aerobic Training

K, time to go up a level... or so...

So thats how long it takes to do L1D1 without any rests huh!

Once again Mike, I'd say you might as well skip a level or two, L2 won't give you much.

I agree with taifun.

L2D1 : 61 rounds
Not bad seeing as that does end up with more push-ups/squats than the previous level, albeit the 4 less pull-ups.
Not so sure if skipping a couple of levels is all that wise - I'm completely exhausted from this one!

No wonder you're spent, 61 rounds equals 3 rounds a minute, it's a great endurance workout, but not so much for strength
But of course, do it the way you feel comfortable with

Starting to get longer and just a *little* bit tougher now!
I'm also starting to smell worse.

You ain't got it tough...
If the smell is your own sweat, it's not bad, it's sweet
If it's something else, I'd get it checked out

That explains it!
Keep pushing. Those are still big numbers in my book. (And I know big numbers when I see 'em. Right, taifun?)
