Crunch 3x50
WW 3x30
Hanging Knee lift 2x 20

20 min alternate between
Farmers walk w/30# dumbells
Bear crawls
Straight walk

If you mean the wheel w/two handles, I haven,t used it in awhile. How 'bout you? all I remember is being sore the morning after using it. :o

Hi Kevin.. yes it would make a good topic... every corporate company should incorporate simplefit training and pay the employees to train the workout.. its has been proven that the expirence of small victories spurns employees into becoming more focused and to believe in their own ideas and abilities... point is that simplefit could give such small victories every day.. :)

Start a program with your hr dept, I think people start simplefit clubs with co workers it is easy since you really do not need any equipment. Just let you boss win day 3 to keep him happy.

my boss wouldn't stand a fucking chance he's so out of shape. I'd have to do push-ups on rings and require only pull-ups to be slower than he would be.

Bike 17 mile 55 min; I acn see how much I have been slacking on my 14 mile ride.

KB swings 3 X 10 25#

I have been working out 3 or 4 days straight then a rest day, then start over.
