W2 of L6D3= 8:30; 1 1/2 min better then the first.

Also completed rounds of:

Walk
5 pull up
20 push up
20 squat
Repeat

for another 15 min

Yesterday= Rest

Today

AM- Bike 17 mile 50 min

This week I am changing things around doing different type of exercises then will get back to Simplefit program

Afternoon 20 min of:
4 pull up
5 Dip
5 lunges both legs
Total 16 rds

This has been my lowest # of rds posted on any workout. Felt good.

Bike 15.5 mile 55 min- a bit slower then usual pace; making new gear adjustments on the ride.

Not the most consistant week coming off a rest week a little hard to get back in the grove.

Naples, your workouts are inspiring. I wish I had the time to bike in the morning and then come back for a workout in the afternoon.

Been off for a couple of weeks; no excuse. Eased back into Sunday, starting back at level 5.

11/4 D1 L5= 30 rds
11/6 D2 L5 = 4:45

I would not g back to rows even if I did every pull up one at a time. If you can do them you should do them.
