Ran out wearing 4 kg backpack: 8.30 min ( legs felt heavy)

L3D2: 7.05 min ( all deadhang pullups; squats were hard and slow, maybe due to the run)

walked back

21-9-07

ran out: 8.25 min ( kept a steady pace and didn't push myself on the hills)

L3D6: 6.43 min ( had to do day 6 instead of day 5 because I havn't found a way to do dips yet; but I thinking a rope or maybe two trestles ( I think thats the right word? carpenters use them?) Anyway the one arm pushups felt ok once I found the right balance point but they were hard at the end; pullups went 2,1-3-3-3-2,1 so a little progress there)

ran/walked back: 9.47 min ( 1 min run/ 1 min walk; fastest time going back yet! :) )

The really good part today was that I never before been able to do more than 1 one arm pushup on the right arm and none on the left. Today I did 3 in a row on every arm every round 8)

And its all due to only a month on simplefit. Its a great program you have put together Kevin! Fun, exiting, simple and efficient! :D

Glad you like it!

I have heard the aluminum walkers old people use are great for dips but have not tried them myself yet but you can get them cheap used. I have always refer to trestles as a "saw horse"

Keep up the great work
