And thanks for the support Andy :) Guess my goal of 5 one arm pushups are within reach and that just makes me wanna keep at it even more.. :)

The rope I intented for dips didn't work.. or rather I couldn't manage to keep the ropes steady while I did a dip.. :x so gonna find something more steady to do them on.. probably a couple of saw horses..
But the rope worked for inverted pullups so not a total waste of money.. :)
Anyway did day 6 again instead.. so here it is..
L3D6: 6.40 min ( the form on one arm pushups felt better this time around)

Keep at the rope for dips you will get it, it is the same thing with rings at first. try doing them with partial support at first. Are you running 2 ropes parallel?

yes but its one rope.. I fling it over a branch... but will try doing them with some support then.. :) maybe a stool?

Or maybe make the rope a little longer so I can use the ground as support... :idea: just gotta be able to do inverted pullups as well..

Gave the dips another try with the rope and it worked better this time. Used one leg to support myself on the tree during dips and inverted pullups..
L3D7: 12.30 min (took 3 min rest between rounds; dips felt better and better during the workout. Leg were bent during l-hang)

Just be sure the rope is 100% secure for the inverted stuff!
Don't want to spend the rest of your life shitting in a bag, always be very careful when you are upside down :!:

the rope rests on a thick branch close to the treetrunk so as long as I hold on with both hands its secure enough :) But your right: Safety comes first :)

No running. Got a touch of the flu so everything I did during the workout today felt hard :(
L3D8: 15.23 min ( pullups and HSPU were a real fight today! :( )

So I'm back after being down with the flu.. and desided to start up with level 4. So here it is:
L4D1: 19 rounds ( It felt hard to get started again, still coughing a little. But it felt good to 19 rounds on level 4 :D )
And its good to be back!

So are you doing one arm pushups for each round? first left then right kind of thing? or alternating between rounds?
