I started with level 2 day 1 and I scored 27.
Is that a good number or should I level up?

L2D1: 27
L2D2: 3:45
L2D3: 2:45
L6D1: 11
L6D2: 7:27

Go through the rest of level 2 - if L2D3 is completed (counting rest time) in under 5 minutes, then level up.

This is the general rule.

Welcome Alanic!

I agree with VBM I would finish out the week and see how it goes. I'm assuming full pullups?

Hi volleyball_man, aussiechick, taifun, ucffool and others!

Thank you for your warm welcomes! I'm glad I found this website and the exercises are a lot of fun.

I used to do pull-ups before but I didn't do much for many years, and right after I bought my door gym I accidentally stumbled upon here. So yes, I'm doing full pull-ups. Pull ups are the type of exercise I like doing the most. But the broadreach bar of doorgym is very frustrating, I wish it was attached to door gym rather than just sit on it and rotate. I'm not using it for the time being until I find a way to make it steady.

So, I did level 2 day 2 in 3:45 (excluding resting) and day 3 in 2:45(including resting), which means I'm leveling up now. Funny, at first I thought I was to make day 3 all at once. After the 8th pull-up I had to let go and rest a little and I thought level 2 was too much for me:) But thanks for all your input, I'm assuming I'm allowed to rest.

I just completed level 6 day 2 with 7:27 and I must say I'm VERY positively challenged. I'm not sure if I would be able to do all those pull ups without there being pushups and squats in between.

I have no doubt that this thing these guys came up with is one of the most efficient workout methods. Lifting weights is so boring compared to this.
