18 min of running my usual route including 2 breaks of walking up hill. Improved my time by almost a minute since monday and started out with 4 breaks the first time I ran this route, so it seems like I'm improving even though I'm still in terrible shape :)
L1D2: 5 rounds of 6 sub pullups, 18 sub pushups (on an elevated surface today, so much harder than on the knees!) and 10 squats. 3 min breaks in between rounds. Time 10.41.
