Did a 40 min run today which was alright.
Trying to get back on track after being sick but I'm still not feeling my best. Have to pull myself together and keep going with the workouts now before I get too lazy :roll:

Hard to get back when you've been ill. I've had that happen too many times.

Wednesday April 30th:
L1D1: 15 rounds (3 bodyrows + 6 elevated pushups + 3 squats per round)

Friday May 2rd:
L1D2: 13.40 min. (6 bodyrows + 18 elevated pushups + 10 squats per round)
Tabata runs 5 min.

Saturday May 3rd:
20 min. run

Today:
L1D3: 11.57 min. (30 bodyrows + 63 elevated pushups + 21 squats)
Tabata runs 5 min.

Wednesday May 7th:
L1D1 (3 bodyrows, 6 elevated pushups + 3 squats). 20 rounds. Time: 20.29.

Saturday May 10th:
30 min run + 1 hour powerwalking.

Today, Monday May 12th:
L1D2 (5 rounds of 6 bodyrows, 18 elevated pushups + 10 squats). Time: 8.33.
