Great work, but instead of doing the push ups on your knees put your hands on an elevated surface chair or bench if possible this will engage your core more.

Keep it up!

40 min workout, first 20 min run including some walking up hill.
L1D1, 19 rounds of 3 sub pullups, 6 sub pushups, 3 squat. Not the best day, felt dizzy about halfway through so had to take longer breaks.

Take it really slow and easy at first no hurry.

18 min of running my usual route including 2 breaks of walking up hill. Improved my time by almost a minute since monday and started out with 4 breaks the first time I ran this route, so it seems like I'm improving even though I'm still in terrible shape :)
L1D2: 5 rounds of 6 sub pullups, 18 sub pushups (on an elevated surface today, so much harder than on the knees!) and 10 squats. 3 min breaks in between rounds. Time 10.41.

Focus on the "I'm improving" part, the "terrible shape" part will fix itself.

Great time Dinna! I am subbing for both pushups and pullups too and they take a while.

Thanks! I was actually quite happy with myself too :D Because my time has improved a lot since I started and it's only been a couple of weeks. Just proves how great this program is! Yeah I can't do a single pullup or even a pushup yet. But I'm working on the pushup although it might take a while

L1D1: 21 rounds. Did 8 rounds of 2 REAL pushups today, yay!! I was really surprised I was able to do that already :D
Tabata runs, I was quite slow but plenty of room for improvement then
Still had some energy left so did 3 rounds of 20 lunges.
