Just got back from my lunchtime workout. Today for the first time I was able to do real push ups instead of assisted ones. Here's how it went:

Level 1 Day 2

6 pullups (assisted)
6 pushups
10 squats

5 rounds - 17 minutes 23 seconds

Comments: I was thinking If I could do all those assisted pushups surely I could do 6 real ones. And I did!

Yesterday I did L1D1 w/assissted pullups 3 to 1.

15 rounds in 20 minutes

Comments: I feel myself getting stronger. Do y'all think it would be OK to add some light weightling?

I would check out the moves/lifts on the CF site. Also - add a weighted vest to your workout.

"slow & steady wins the race Dan. As you do more, you'll feel better and better and be tempted to overtrain"

Great advice
