Thanks for the words or encouragement. I'm so excited to see the progress.



All the pull ups were assisted pull ups. I have been doing push ups with my elbows in, but couldn't finish them this week like that. So push ups were varied between elbows in and wide stance.

31 rounds of D1L1 with mix of body rows and mod. pull-ups.

Ok, I'm back from vacation and did level 2 day 1 again. This week would be week 6, but I'm only counting actual workout days, so here are my results.

24 rounds with 17 seconds left.

The first two sets were one full real chin up and 1 "almost" pull up. The rest of the pull ups were assisted.

Thanks for posting K9, I checked here right before I started and saw your 31 rounds and it kept me going. I couldn't get to 30, but I did increase from 18 to 24 this week, so I am really excited about that. My goal is to try to hit 30 next week, we shall see.

This was the first week where I didn't improve over my previous week's time.

I think it's cause of the time I took off last week. I didn't do any workout for 10 days. The break helped my day 1 time, but I was sore from the squats and I'm never sore from the squats.

I am still a little sore in my hamstrings, but now I'm reaching for excuses. lol.

Oh well, I didn't get an improvement in time, but I'm sticking with it and will improve again!!!

I stopped my watch because my youngest son wanted to do some pull ups and I forgot to reset my watch halfway through my pull ups, so I don't know how accurate the time is. I let the clock run to 2 mins before I started my push ups and squats, so I'll see next week if the time is close to what I posted.

I did 2 real chin ups, then the rest were assisted combo pull ups/chin ups. I did sets of 2, 3, 4, 4.

It's really exciting to see the progress that simplefit provides me. I wasn't able to do any pull ups or chin ups and now I can do 2 chin ups in a row. Still looking for my first pull up, but I'm working at it.

Push ups were 16, 5, and 5 sets. Squats were done in one set.

30 rounds!!!!

As you can probably tell, I'm pretty damn excited. I had a good pace, I had 15 rounds done with about 9 1/2 mins left. I tried not to check the time, but I was at 27 rounds with 1 min and 20 sec left, so the last three, I pushed really hard through. Finished with 11 seconds left.

I'm damn tired, but glad I got to 30!!!

The first 5 or so round were real chin ups and eye level pull ups. I alternate rounds between pull ups and chin ups.

Way to go man great work. I alternate between pullups and chinups as well, it's a good strategy.

30 is awesome fast

I seem to hover around the 7's for some reason. I can't gain much improvement on D2's.

First set was 3 real chin ups with some kicking help on the last one. The other pull ups were assisted.

I was able to do 2 real chin ups, the 3rd was kicking a little bit. I wasn't able to even do one pull up after that though. The rest of the pull ups were assisted.

I did push ups with sets of 15, 7, 4. Squats were straight through.
