70" 198 lbs

Well I must admit that I underestimated how hard this would be. I estimated that I would get at least 40 rounds on the 1st day. I fell short of that. I got 35 rounds and I was dragging toward the end. I found that my overhand pullups were not near as strong as my underhanded. I have some progress to make to balance out my strength. I'll end by saying, good workout...good workout.

Well, I tried out the L1D2 workout today and I realize that I need to move up a few levels. I finished in 2:58. I will finish out this week with level one and then will move up to L3 for next week. Thanks for all the encouragement.

Level 3 will be a dramatic difference due to the doubling of pull-ups... good luck!

Well, I felt really ambitous so I tried the L2D3 routine today instead of the level one. I had to break the pullups in half. I did 7 overhand, then 26 pushups, 26 squats and then the last 6 as underhand pullups. It was pretty difficult and I finished in 3:45. Do ya'll normally take breaks in between to let your muscles rest on the day 3 routine for time? I was pretty difficult but felt great afterwards. I think that I will move up to level 2 and try it out for atleast a month to get my pull ups up to par. I'll let ya'll know how it comes out.

I have moved to level 3 in search of a challenge and I have found it. I was a lot more winded when doing day 1 of this level. I believe it to be the pull ups that are sapping me. I got about 16 done in the first ten minutes and then 9 in the next ten. I will stay at this level for at least a month to see if I can make some progress.
