sounds interesting be sure to post the highlights you found most valuable. I know the whole pre preparation of food really helps most people stay on course.

10/14/07 - Sunday

Did sprints up and down the street for about 10 minutes.

10/15/07 - Monday

Rest

10/16/07 - Tuesday

L3D1
cdoubled05: 22 rounds!

I went up four rounds from the first time I did L3D1!!

Also played some "driveway soccer" after workout. Then we all went on a 1.6 mile walk.

Also did some jump rope and did a few double unders!!

10/18/07 - Thursday

L3D2: 7mins 22 secs.

Also played two long games of more driveway soccer. Its such a fun game we made up. Also walked again.

*EDIT* Just noticed my last L3D2 time was way lower but, I said I had made a mistake with the timing. Today I used the stopwatch on my computer so again not super accurate as I had to run from the garage all the way to the computer to stop it. I need to get a portable stopwatch...

Partners and I did more sprinting today. We would sprint for as long as we possibly could. Did it 12 times. It was a tough workout.
