182cm(~6')
20 years old

Okay, here's my progress so far:
Started last saturday with L1-D1:
17 rounds in 12 minutes, then had to stop because of elbow pain when doing pull-ups.

Monday: L1-D2:
7 minutes (Forgot to rest between the rounds)

Wednesday: L1-D3:
2:25 minutes.

Gonna rest 1 or 2 days, then I'll decide if I do L1 again to get my body used to being used, or if I progress to L2 directly.

26.-L2D3-2:12 minutes ->Level 3

Great work!

Take your time easy does it, the trick is a slow consistent progression.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback!

L2D2:
3:13 minutes(+12 minutes rest)

And I've created myself a warm-up:
A few minutes of Balance Training( example here)
30-60 Jumping Jacks
20-40 Mountain Climbers
A few minutes of boxing
5-10 rounds of Day 1 of my current level, with focus on good form
5-10 slow repetitions of the exercise I think I could improve most at(currently squats)

Planned to do L3D1 today, but instead trained with a friend.
Did about 20 minutes of boxing, then we did pull-ups in ladder style (Works like this: Everyone does one pull-up, then everyone does two pull-ups, and so on until one isn't able to complete all repetitions. Then it goes back down to one pull-up, if still possible. Managed 5 full repetitions. When done in non-ladder style my pull-up maximum is about 8)

Ladders are cool, you may also like pyramids

Go up the pyramid:
(or half pyramid workout)

Set/Step 1: 1 pullups/2 pushups/3 situps
Set/Step 2: 2 pullups/4 pushups/6 situps
Set/Step 3: 3 pullups/6 pushups/9 situps (Your first few set are basically a warmup)
Set/Step 4: 4 pullups/8 pushups/12 situps
Set/Step 5: 5 pullups/10 pushups/15 situps
Set/Step 6: 6 pullups/12 pushups/18 situps (Here is where you may fail/max out)

Go down the pyramid:
(or reverse order pyramid)

Set/Step 5: 5 pullups/10 pushups/15 situps
Set/Step 4: 4 pullups/8 pushups/12 situps
Set/Step 3: 3 pullups/6 pushups/9 situps (Finish cool down)
Set/Step 2: 2 pullups/4 pushups/6 situps
Set/Step 1: 1 pullups/2 pushups/3 situps
