L2D1 - 30 rounds
found that by the end I was probbly 2-3 rounds from failure on the pull ups, but could have done the push ups and squats all day long. Was tired but not exhausted...should I go up to L3?

in answer to your question, the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) consists of a 2 minute pushup event, a 2 minute situp event, and a 2-mile run.
I am 26 and to pass I have to do 42 pushups, 52 situps, and run a 16:36 2-mile. On the last test I took about two weeks ago I did 69 pushups, 68 situps, and ran a 14:16 two mile. I hope to smoke that on my next one!

This thing kicked my butt!! :shock: I used to consider myself a decent runner. Not anymore!!! Wow.

that seems a lot slower than everyone else!!!
oh well, I had to go a little slower to keep my pull ups away from reaching failure.

I did L2D2 in 6:49 looking back on my log. That's not a whole lot faster. Rome wasn't built in a day. :)
