Been lurking for a while. Finally got off my duff and started the workout yesterday. L1 D1- 22 rounds 3 body row subs for pullups. I am disappointed in how out of shape I truly am! Got to start somewhere though. That is what happens when you don't do very much exercise for the last 8 years.

Hi, 22 rounds is excellent for somebody who hasn't exercised for that long !
