I managed to do 10 rounds. I couldn't reach the chin up bar, so I had to stand on a bench. I think that allowed me to cheat on my chin ups.
I had absolutely no troubles with the push ups and squats, but the chin ups were my biggest struggle.
By about the 4th round, I had to do reverse chin ups, where I lowered myself slowly instead.
I was sore that night, the next day, and the day after. I was sick with a bad cold so I stayed home on Sunday. (I don't think people at the gym would appreciate me spreading my germs.) :P
Maybe starting at lvl 3 was a bit too ambitious... :oops:
