2 days on this post again.
I have to say I wasn't in the mood of doing the workout that day and didn't really put the effort in I know I could. I even went downstairs for a drink of water with the clock still running. All in all I'm not too down about the result I got from the effort I put in.

Put my heart and body into this one. I don't know if I could actually go any faster on this than I did it in. Maybe I could speed my push ups a little, but apart from that I dunno. We'll see next week.
