Although it was a bit slower than my previous week I wasn't really worried about it.

L2 D3

5 mins 59 secs

A significant decrease in my time by over 90 seconds. This is mainly due to the fact that I didn't push myself to failure on my first (an subsequent) attampts at the various exercises. I suppose a bit of credit will have to go to my increased strength and stamina too.

Gonna do this Level for another week before progressing!!

I have to say I wasn't in the mood of doing the workout that day and didn't really put the effort in I know I could. I even went downstairs for a drink of water with the clock still running. All in all I'm not too down about the result I got from the effort I put in.

27th Feb

6mins 29 secs

Put my heart and body into this one. I don't know if I could actually go any faster on this than I did it in. Maybe I could speed my push ups a little, but apart from that I dunno. We'll see next week.
