Whats good fellas.Just got done with L1D1,and im beat.To think I wanted to add some cardio.This seems like plenty for now.I subbed pull-ups for bent over dumbell rows till I get a bar(2 rows=1 pull-up?),and did girl push-ups
I gott through 28 rounds.I'm gonna take a shower now.

Hi Bigjohn and welcome !
The D1 workout is *tough*, and the first time only more so
I am not sure about the equivalence between pull-ups and "bent over dumbell rows", sorry.
"Girl pushups" are fine, just give it some time and you'll be able to make real pushups.

L1d2 in 8mins.Pretty good I guess.Still kinda sour from day 1.Still tryin to tweak my diet.
