50 yr Male 6' 175 lbs.

Typically don't post on web sites but thought I would get out of the box. Simple workout, deceptively hard.

L1D1-29 rounds. Had to perform jumping pullups after about 12 rounds.

Finished with some ab work:

2rounds: knelling wheel roll outs x 6
V-ups x 10
Oblique crunch x 10

L1D2
Round 1 42.05
Round 2 40.20
Round 3 39.76
Round 4 43.51
Round 5 39.22

Varied the grip on pull ups

Finished with AB work: 2 rounds:
Knelling wheel roll out x 8
Bicycle x 25
Verticle leg crunch x 10
Hanging Leg Raise x 5

Looks like you skipped right through a few levels. Got any tips on pullups?
