Since last time:
I did W1D3 in I think under 5 minutes but I was unable to do the 10 PU in a row. I did 5, then 1, then 2 with palms towards me, then 1 more. I would like to be able to do 10 without stopping. I will do one more week of L1 then on to L2.
I did W1D1 today and did either 23 or 24 rounds. Mostly pull ups, some chin ups (palms towards me). None assisted.
It really helped remembering that I did 19 last week and I kept thinking that I would beat last week. If I did not know the number I probably would have been happy with 19 again.
