I have not been keeping up with my posting but have been keeping with my exercises. I just got back from L1D2 and did well. I did all the pull ups without assistance. I did not time myself. For L1D1 that I did Tuesday I did 19 rounds, no assisted pull ups.
If you need to rest little longer on day 1 to do an unassisted PU, should you rest or should you assist so you can do more rounds?

Since last time:
I did W1D3 in I think under 5 minutes but I was unable to do the 10 PU in a row. I did 5, then 1, then 2 with palms towards me, then 1 more. I would like to be able to do 10 without stopping. I will do one more week of L1 then on to L2.
I did W1D1 today and did either 23 or 24 rounds. Mostly pull ups, some chin ups (palms towards me). None assisted.
It really helped remembering that I did 19 last week and I kept thinking that I would beat last week. If I did not know the number I probably would have been happy with 19 again.

Today I did L2D2 in 6:53. This is my first week doing L2. D1 was okay. I hurt my hami at about the 10 min. mark so from there I only did pull up and push ups so no official number. Today seemed injury free and I feel good.
I got a digital watch and can now time myself easily.
I got the Buddy Lee jump rope a couple days ago. After my D2 I jumped rope for a minute and that was enough.

Yesterday I did L2D3 in 6:01. I think I did 20 rounds of D1 at the end of last week. I forgot my watch for D2 timing. I have been jumping rope for a minute after my exercises and have gotten a rower and have been doing that here and there.
The pants I was wearing yesterday felt a little loose at the waist which made me happy. I am feeling good, too, mostly after exercising.
