Did L2D3 the "right" way on Sunday. Much tougher doing the exercises consecutively.

Most of the time was spent recovering during pullups, a little more was spent recovering during pushups, and the squats went fast (although could definitely feel them!).

Restarting L2 tonight or tomorrow, will stay until I get my time down to sub 5 minutes.

Also, I am starting to integrate full pullups into the workout. I am doing all bandassisted now, and need to do real ones, even if it's only one or two at the start of the workout.

L2D1 - 28

should've pushed for 29, but had nothing left.


This coming Saturday I take part in Tour Dallas. Last year it was below 30 and snowing for all 30 miles. This year it is supposed to be sunny and 70-- hopefully.

Ho there- had a little break here. Got bit by my cat on Friday, and it got infected. Road 30 miles on Saturday in "Tour Dallas". Other than that, have been taking it easy, letting the medicine revive my leg.
Will restart level 2 some time this week.

PS if you get bitten by a cat, get it checked out sooner rather than later.
