22 year old male, about 5'8", 168lb.
Started today at L2D1. Probably not the best idea since I've been out of exercise for some time. Main aim is to do some simple, no fuss, no space, no equipment exercise to get some of that fitness back, tone and build up muscle again.
L2D1 - 16 sets.
I have no bar or other equipment so I've substituted pull-ups with three tricep dips. That's just so I could get started with something. Anyone have better ideas involving no equipment?
Push ups were a struggle. If not for those I could have done a whole lot more sets. They were all full but from about 10 minutes on I had to split them up. Would it be better to do more reps of easier push ups once I hit that stage? That'd get me through more of the other exercises.
I have no sticking power usually but let's see if I do this time.
