After a week off due to sickness, I finally got back to simplefit today. Did L2D1 for 28 rounds. I felt great, and only needed assisted pull-ups for the last 4 rounds. Taking the time off was definitely the right thing to do, but it was killing me not working out. Glad to be back! :D

L2D2.........5 rounds 3:37. 3 assisted pull-ups; I seem to do alot better with palms towards me. Probably more biceps involved? Ken

Was going to repeat L2 for another week, but started L3 instead. Felt like garbage this morning; did 23 rounds with quite a few assisted pull-ups. Just didn't have it today but there's always Wednesday :D Keeping the spirits up and motivation high.

Missed two days last week, so I am starting L3 over. Today, L3D1....20 min./24 rounds. Assisted pull-ups on the last four rounds. Felt good.

L3D3..........time 5min. 33sec. My push-ups and squats are coming easy(relatively), but stringing more than 3 or 4 consecutive pull-ups together remains a challenge. I've lost about 15 lbs. in the last 7 weeks, but still am pulling up 195lbs. Hopefully with more weight lost and increased strength, they will come easier. Ken
