Pullups (subst) - wooden pole between 2 workout benches
Pushups (full) - no WB!!!

although a couple of rounds less than your PR, 25 is not a bad work out - especially seeing that you didn't sub push-ups. progress has thus been made!!!!

Ripping out 30 Body rows then doing the push-ups and squats in 2 min is a great time! Keep going, with times like that the pull-ups aren't too far away!
