Well, started day one today
This is me: 5'6, 160 and 23.
Started on day one level 3, did 30ish good reps (I lose count occasionally, need to bring a notepad and make check marks I think, the numbers don't work otherwise) Pull ups are harder than they used to be.

Day two level 3. Still sore from day one, but came in at 4min 9 sec. If day three comes in around 5 minutes I'll go up to level four.

level three day three, 2 min 46 seconds. I'm going on up to level four. Can still do 16ish pullups in one go which was encouraging, so we'll see how I do jumping up a level.

good stuff themurr. the times you posted are impressive, its even more awesome that you're moving up on levels after just a few days.
