Had a few enforced rest days due to the flu; there's a pretty aggressive strain active right now. I guess I deal with too many people to avoid catching it...

Anyway, I'll continue working out as planned tomorrow.

Thanks! I'm pretty tired of being sick right now. Also, it's time the weather got better, we still have ice & snow. :(

We're already getting 70s (degF) here. We'll have cold again, maybe even snow, but it's starting to look like spring. The daffodil buds are coming up.

MaxRep Chinups: 8, 6, 5
Still pretty wasted after the failed Press. A longer rest time, say 3 or 3,5 minutes, should do the trick.

Added 15 weighted situps.

This is why I switched to pull-ups only.
I should try some chin-ups and see if they are still easier. (I hope so!)

Yeah, I just couldn't do L7 with pullups. I try mixing them up, but I still need training. Well, working on that. ;)

I see this weight "as rxed", or as close as is sufficient. Technically, I'd need to add 1,5 lbs, but I don't have plates that small, and I'm eminently unwilling to put on more weight than is standard.

Result is pretty OK, but improvable.
