Maxrep Pullups was 9, 5 and 5 reps.

Added 15 weighted situps.

I'll do those backoff reps after DL'ing more often. A nice (and sweaty) end to the workout.

One of my worst results so far. I'm not too worried though - with yesterday's DLs, I'm proud to have worked out at all.

Need to eat cleaner, again, though. I've been slipping in that regard.

Chinups Maxreps was 12, 9 and 7 reps.

Added 10 x Overhead Squat with 36,5 kg.

I couldn't clean the bar on the last squat set, so I had to lower the weight. Also, I smashed the bar into my chin on the last rep on the way up of the push press... Embarassing. :)

Thank you! I'm pretty satisfied with my progress, and I'll try my hand at a few of the other girls next. Most will need scaling, though. I intend to change that!

I had to push press the last two reps of the last set.

Maxreps Chinups was 12, 9 and 5 reps.

Those presses killed me. Pity I didn't get the last two reps, that would have been a solid PR. Next time.
