Just for the heck, I tried one-armed pullups (one hand on the bar, one on the wrist). Got 1 rep on each side. I'll try that again after NOT having done DLs right before... :)
Also, found this thread on one-armers, on CrossFit.
In this FGB version, you do 20 reps of each exercise. I did 40 jumpropes, since they're markedly easier than box jumps (I don't have a jumpable box). It's the "Josh vs Jim" vid; I believe it's also linked from the mainpage this week.
I picked this version cause I felt it was less counting.
