One-handed pull ups: does it count if I grip my wrist with the off hand? Or do I use a single arm, only?

Just for the heck, I tried one-armed pullups (one hand on the bar, one on the wrist). Got 1 rep on each side. I'll try that again after NOT having done DLs right before... :)

Added 3 x 7 pull ups. Still had some air, so I added 1 minute jumprope.

I'm looking forward to the day when all my lifts have at least 20 kg on each side of the bar. That way, I could just keep the 20kg-plates on the thing...

DB Thrusters, 10 kg each
Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 37,5 kg
Rope Jumps
Push Press 37,5 kg
Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 37,5 kg

Two rounds for time. 1:30 rest between rounds, not counting towards total time.
Time Total: 21:17

This variation came up on the CF Journal. I subbed ropejumps for box jumps (2:1), and SDLHP for the rowing. I did two instead of three rounds, and upped the rest by 30 secs.

That was still one of the toughest WO I've ever done. Nice sweat angels, tho'.

In this FGB version, you do 20 reps of each exercise. I did 40 jumpropes, since they're markedly easier than box jumps (I don't have a jumpable box). It's the "Josh vs Jim" vid; I believe it's also linked from the mainpage this week.
I picked this version cause I felt it was less counting.

So no score, only a total time.

I saw that idea and want to try it. I'm trying to get my score up above 200. I'm there if I have a C2 rower, but I want to be sure. This version is a good indicator.
