Presses
5 x 5 x 47,5

Maxrep pullups was 11, 8 and 8 reps.

Added 15 x situps and 10 x bb rows.

Push Presses
5 x 5 x 53,5 kg

Maxrep chinups was 14, 9 and 7 reps.

Added db rows x10, situps x15 and bb rows x10. Performance has been up since I've started doing these rows. Pretty pleased.

Might have had a better result with a longer rest time between reps. Or maybe not. I'll try again in a few weeks!

Starting wednesday, I'll do a rest week (or rather 1,5 rest weeks), and restart June 2nd. Need it, too.

EDIT: I have an explanation for this bad result: I'm getting the flu :(

Yeah, sometimes working out helps me recover from being sick - especially near the end of the infection.
