Maxrep chinups was 14, 9 and 7 reps.

Added db rows x10, situps x15 and bb rows x10. Performance has been up since I've started doing these rows. Pretty pleased.

Starting wednesday, I'll do a rest week (or rather 1,5 rest weeks), and restart June 2nd. Need it, too.

EDIT: I have an explanation for this bad result: I'm getting the flu :(

On the whole, I'm pretty OK. The last few viruses are still with me, but not enough to keep me from working out. Been inactive long enough!

Yeah, sometimes working out helps me recover from being sick - especially near the end of the infection.
