After the DLs, I had not much left for the Presses. Next DL will be in three weeks, so I have to re-start at some lower weight, anyway.

After two weeks of doing nothing besides vacationing, here's L7 again.

L7D1 - 20 rounds (with increasingly lousier form) :oops:

I knew I had to pace myself, so I started with a strict 1 round per minute schedule. Amazing, really, how fast your fitness melts away.

I went with 1 round per minute, for starters.

I did the Pull-Ups in sets of 4. To level up (again), I need to re-build that strength quite a bit. It's amazing what a few weeks living lazy can do to you...

You know, actually I had decided to start again today. Then, after todays day at the office, I figured to start next week (hard day and all).
