I really hope I'm going to get back to my *regular* routine. All these missed days (missed D2, since I got a flu shot) are annoying me.
That said, my time looks acceptable (though open for improvement).
No, not really. I'm keeping a steady 75-76 kg at 180 cm. Food intake is admittedly less optimal than in summer, as I'm not too fond of salad when it's that cold outside. Still, I manage to eat mostly as recommended, and I drink a litre of milk a day.
However, even in summer (when my nutrition looked very good), I didn't gain weight/bulk up.
