Just started today on SimpleFit, currently at L1D1. Doing 3:1 subs on pullups (with body rows) because:
- 1. Can't do a full pull up to save my life
2. Don't have access to a pull up bar
My goal, to put it more precisely, is actually taking care of my physical self, since I don't have any endurance nor cardio capacity. I'm pretty much a potato couch, but I want that to change. I am well aware this is a long process, but I'm it for the long run, because I owe it to myself.
I'll keep a weekly log here, with the results of each day and whatnot. So yeah, that's pretty much it. xd
