Back to working out. Wife had a baby girl in February, then got a new job with INSANE hours in March. Joined the gym at work and cranked out a little StrongLifts, but wound up overtraining and getting a cold that lasted about a month. Pre-baby, did TMFS and some scaled CrossFit - now I'm starting back at L1D1 and working my way up.

Once absurdly skinny (130-135) -- then I turned 30. Dad was right.
Would like to cut 5 pounds or sub it out for more/better muscle.
Topped off w/3x10 reverse situps.
Easy run tomorrow.
